In order to make changes to your Boxed Water subscription, such as change your shipping address or billing information, you'll need to have a login account with us on boxedwaterisbetter.com. Click the “person” icon in the top right corner and enter your registered email and password. Once you are in logged in, click “Subscriptions” on the left to access your dashboard. On mobile devices, use the dropdown menu beneath the rewards banner and select “Subscriptions.”
Updating Your Shipping Address
To update your mailing address, go to your subscription dashboard and scroll down to click “View Your Next Order” or “View Upcoming Orders.” Select “Edit Address” to update your existing address. Be sure to save the changes and review them before your next shipment date.
Updating Your Payment Method
To update your payment method, navigate to your subscription dashboard and scroll down to click “View Your Next Order” or “View Upcoming Orders.” Then, select “Edit Payment Method” and click “Send Edit Payment Link.” Check your email and follow the provided instructions to complete the update.
