A few things could be causing this discount error.
- To start, always make sure you are logged into your account.
- Did you by chance have the water in your cart before checking out? We recommend deleting all the items in your cart, refreshing your page, and re-adding the items. All water items should be in all caps to show they are a wholesale item for our system (ex. 250ML 24 PACK)
EXAMPLE:
- Make sure your email address does not change throughout the whole checkout process (payment method included). Sometimes payment methods such as PayPal or Apple Pay will switch your email address. Your wholesale discount will only work with the email you used at sign up.
- If you are on your mobile device you may have to click on "Wholesale" in the top left corner on your homepage.
